Nope! The Ravti portal is just for owners and managers. But that doesn't mean we don't help your tenants.

  1.  If your tenants need maintenance: Great! We can reach out to them by initiating tenant compliance with a link to enroll in affordable Preventative Maintenance from trusted preferred vendors.
  2. If your tenants need a replacement or service calls: We ask that as a manager or owner, you put in the request. This is for several reasons. Mostly, we don't have a contract with your tenants, so we can't hold them liable for any costs Ravti fronts on their behalf. Just submit a work request on Ravti, and include your tenants name and contact number in the form under “Contact Info.” We’ll loop in the tenants from there.
