There are 2 things that matter when submitting proof of maintenance:
- The type of document you submit
- The date of that document
For the type of document. We accept service tickets or invoices describing the work performed. Example below:
Contracts are not valid proof of maintenance as they describe work to be done, not maintenance that was performed:
As for the date, please make sure the invoice/service ticket is dated for work performed during the timeframe referenced in the original email you received.
Proof of maintenance for work performed outside of that timeframe will result in additional outreach from us.
