There are 2 main work requests you’ll receive are (1) Service Calls, and (2) Request for Quote (Repair, Replacement and Maintenance Proposals). 

For both requests you will be prompted to click their respective buttons to move forward with the request. All parties will be notified when you respond to the request. Depending on what the request is, the link in the email will provide more detailed information on the project.

(1) Service Calls email requests will show a "Click here for More Information" button :


(2) Proposals email request will show "View Scope and Submit Quote Here" button :
